Day 3
Running late this morning, gotta get right to business.
Another half a pound down! Still felt like I was way too full after that chili, so I'm thinking of eating the "bigger" meals earlier in the day. Trying the portabella burger today, stay tuned! Good luck.
I thought having no caffeine would be bad- the worst part, but oddly enough I'm actually feeling more energized. Weird! Anyway, Ash and I have been talking, but I don't know how any of her other followers are doing...anyone?
The hardest part of this for me: night snacking- or lack thereof. At the end of the day, I'm all fruited and veggied out...and with no popcorn or other goodies allowed, I opt for nothing. It's definitely healthier, but totally making me take a deeper look into my relationship with food.
