
Congratulations! This would be the official weigh in after the 9 day detox and supposedly the first time we stepped on the scale since day 1. How did I do?

Well, it looks like I lost 6 pounds! But the scale was on drugs this morning and was reporting all kinds of weights, even as high as 150. So this was the one I got most consistently, but I can't feel great about it, because in the back of my head I'm thinking:
what if I really weigh 150? No use torturing myself, though. Just gotta keep plugging ahead. Congrats again to Tracy and Steve who I think were the only other 2 fat smashers to make it the whole way. If anyone else would like to jump on board for phase 2 which will be a little easier, climb on! Coming soon to a blog near you. Gotta go to work, but I will post the phase 2 allowed food list later today. Good job!
I'm fairly certain that if you followed the diet (which you did), then you DO NOT weight 150. Getting the scale more consistent- and weighing in at 148.5 is great!! yayyy! We did it! I'm not sure how long I can keep up the no desserts...:)
